Yoga is an excellent way to prepare your body for all the changes it goes through during pregnancy, childbirth and mothering. It offers many tools for self-awareness and relaxation while connecting with your baby. In Prenatal yoga, we will create a community of expecting mothers, while exploring various topics centered on childbirth and how you can apply self-care tools to your own unique journey. Yoga postures will prepare and strengthen the body for labor and relieve common aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Each teacher will bring her unique voice and style to the class, providing a space for all levels of practice and stages of pregnancy.
