Yoga is an excellent way to prepare the body for the many changes it goes through during pregnancy. It teaches strength and stamina as well as concentration and breath control, both of which are invaluable tools during labor and birth. It can be beneficial for every stage of pregnancy, and it gives the ever-changing pregnant woman a tool for self-awareness and relaxation.
