Pregnancy
Massage
Prenatal
massage may involve a variety of massage techniques along with stretching,
visualization and aromatherapy. Massage can help relieve backaches,
decrease edema, and increase circulation. Postpartum massage can
help a womans body adjust after the pregnancy and birth experience.
Therapeutic
Massage
Each
massage will be designed to address your individual needs. Various
modalities will be incorporated, including Swedish massage, trigger
point therapy, sports massage, myofascial therapy, and energy work. |
Bouncing
Back from Baby
Bouncing
Back From Baby is a series of four 90-minute massages aimed at helping
the body return to pre-pregnancy alignment. Each session consists
of anatomy education, myofascial and integrative therapies, and gentle
yoga stretches. We will also honor the mind/body experience of childbirth
and mothering.
Infant
Massage
Infant Massage assists with digestion, growth and deeper
sleep. You will learn about intuition and touch, carrying and holding,
and learn relaxation massage techniques for you and your baby. |
